Established last year, the department of Bloodgrid, deals with the objective of promoting voluntary blood donations by spreading awareness to the public regarding its importance and setting up a safe and reliable blood donor system to ensure the donorsâ comfort.
Last year, it successfully conducted a Myth Buster campaign on social media to remove the preconceived perceptions of our public about donating blood. It also shared a list of blood banks located across Karachi to promote the cause.
