CURE is the core department of SOCH and the central reason why this organisation came into being. It deals with the renovation and uplift of HDUs in Civil Hospital by providing them with new facilities along with better equipment for efficient critical care management of patients and carrying out fumigation. As part of SOCHâs Deep Clean Project, it helps sustain proper sanitary conditions in wards through SOCH-hired janitors. Salaries, suggestions, complaints and attendance records of these janitors are maintained by Deputy Directors working under this department. The Deputy Directors are also in charge of looking after the work site, HDUs and any other renovation site, and making sure that the renovation is carried out as planned. Itâll also be introducing its âCure Leadersâ Ambassador Program, to recruit ambassadors from different institutes whoâll help generate funds for this cause.
