Our devoted volunteers at the Department of Events and Campaigns conducted monthly online campaigns about important health diseases. With the shift to online campaigns, topics concerning the young adolescents were mainly selected and made comprehensible to the masses via short videos and posts. We believe that health encompasses a sound mind in a sound body. In lieu of this, we promoted awareness regarding skin cancer, tobacco smoking, Alzheimerâs disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, study stress, cerebral palsy, and plastic usage.
Not only this, we also made a video explaining good and bad touch specially for children to protect them from being victims of sexual abuse. In addition, the department raised awareness among students participating in the School Learning Program (SLP) on immunization and mental health.
