With the aim of imparting knowledge regarding public health to educational and corporate sectors, Events and Outreaches Department plan and conduct outreaches in several institutes throughout the year. From contacting these institutes to training the recruits, the Deputy Directors are responsible for the event management and accomplishment of the desired goals.
In the previous tenure, this department not only carried out outreach in various institutes, but also designed a new, comprehensive, and thorough curriculum called âPublic Health Curriculum’ comprising three subsections, each catering for a different sector. It carried out outreach for students of reputable private and public sector schools where topics from its Public Health Curriculum were covered.
