Previously known as VRAC and QEC, the department of Human Resources assists the departments of SOCH by managing the recruitment of volunteers for its various activities, maintains their records, and is responsible for the distribution of certificates to them after the activity. Furthermore, it keeps all the previous alumni and volunteers updated on SOCH’s ongoing projects. It also works to maintain a healthy, conflict free working environment by circulating feedback forms amongst all general body members.
